CUISP is pleased to announce plans for implementing upgrades to your account. This upgrade will occur on Wednesday, August 24th, 2005.  Before this date you will need to make sure all of your important contacts are saved or moved to another location as we will be converting your mail to an updated system.  You will not experience any downtime and your incoming and outgoing email will not be affected. 

 

Exciting Upgrades

·         We will upgrade your Spam and Anti-virus protection.  

·         We are launching 24x7x365 customer service and technical support.

·         Due to full redundancy, we will be able to provide you with 99.9% uptime.

·         We are adding a new feature “My Account” where you can view and edit certain information about your account.  You can view the “My account” section by visiting this link:

                           https://signup.cuisp.com/myaccount/.  Once there log in

                           using your User name and password, email name and

                           password or your account number.  Her you can view or

                           print your statements, change your passwords, edit

                           personal information, enter new Credit Card information

                           and more.

 

                Accelerated Dialup Service:

                If you are currently using “Cruisin Speed” you will receive a

                simple upgrade to improve your service.  More information to

                come!

 

Billing Changes

For customers that pay by check, there will be a new mailing address effective 9/1/05.  That new address will reflect on your new statement and will be as follows (please use this address moving forward):

Notices currently go out on the first of each month.   Beginning September 15th we will begin mailing out statements to all check payers 15 days in advance and will be due as usual on the 1st of each month. 

 

Your Bank statement will reflect a minor change in the name for your Internet Service charge.  The name will appear as “CUISP” with our Toll free number listed as well.

You may continue using our toll free customer service and technical support number at (888) 884-6386 available 24/7/365.

If you were using the local number (480.491.3195), please begin using the toll free number as listed.  This number will print on your statements.  Please contact us if you have any concerns
